Our Youth Sports Performance Training is designed to improve our athletes’ overall power, speed, agility, and mindset. These four components are the keys to improvement in fitness, athletics and any high level physical activity. Our goal is to help each of our athletes build a solid foundation for all other skills and movements.
Our coaches have multiple degrees in kinesiology & athletic training, professional sport experience, and over 40 years of combined coaching experience. You can trust our programming to be the highest quality and fit your athlete’s unique needs and abilities.


Our Athlete Foundations class helps young athletes in Valencia and Santa Clarita build speed, agility, strength, and coordination in a fun, structured environment. We focus on movement mechanics, core stability, and foundational strength to improve overall athleticism and injury prevention. Perfect for kids looking to develop skills for any sport or build confidence in training!
What to Expect:

• Bodyweight and light resistance strength training
• Speed development and footwork drills
Our Advanced Athletics program is built for middle school and high school athletes looking to take their strength, speed, and power to the next level. This class focuses on explosive strength training, agility, acceleration, and sport-specific performance, helping athletes dominate on the field, court, or track.

The Athlete Strength & Power program at Face Your Fears Athletics is designed to build explosive strength, resilience, and athletic power through structured lifting and performancebased training. Athletes will develop proper technique, full-body strength, and speed-driven power to enhance their game across any sport.
What to Expect:
• Progressive strength training with barbells, kettlebells, and sleds
• Explosive power development for speed and agility
• Focused coaching on lifting mechanics and force production
Youth Athlete Evaluation
At Face Your Fears Athletics, we take a data-driven approach to athlete development, going beyond basic assessments to create customized training programs that maximize performance. Our Youth Athlete Evaluation identifies key areas for improvement and provides a roadmap for training success.
